Here's how each session will work:

Each session is one hour long. After our free consultation call and before our first training I will develop a fitness and nutrition binder,  timeline, and plan specifically for you based on your needs and goals. Depending on how many sessions you book and the timeline we agree on the exercises and regimen will be created based on the following pillars:

Foot and Ankle Strengthening

Spine/Neck/Hip/Shoulder Alignment

Joint Mobility


And you will choose one other area you would like to focus on:

  1. Cardiovascular Endurance

  2. Muscle Endurance/Strength

  3. Speed/Reactions/Reflexes

  4. Coordination/Agility

  5. Kickboxing/Muay Thai

  6. General Weight Loss

  7. General Muscle Toning

  8. Plyometrics
